Before our Session

If I know about your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) before our session, I can make sure we use the session time most effectively. And if you have several issues to discuss, we can set the appropriate priorities to get the most out of the session.

Use the form below to tell the basic information about your Apple devices. Include all of your devices, even if they’re not showing problems. Why? Because they are likely to be connected by an Apple ID, and this Apple ID might be behind the problem you’re experiencing.

Do not submit your Apple ID, email address, passwords, etc.

Please note that I only ask for the model, storage capacity, and operating system for each device (no serial numbers). You can even make up a name if you don’t want to use your last name — just be sure to tell me what name you used!
